In room #211, the middle drawer on the chest had a makeshift fix with wadded paper that kept it from opening fully. Notable issues included a dent in the bathtub resembling a squashed bug, stains on the carpet, and a burn hole on the footrest. Wi-Fi was shaky, making it tough to get work done, and the lack of maid service meant that we returned to the same dirty plates and no coffee replenished in the room—although some packets were available at the front desk upon request. The grill outside failed to keep lit, forcing us to cook indoors where it became uncomfortably warm due to the air conditioning working hard to keep up.
